Meet Your Dietitian!

Haley Bishoff is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in vegan nutrition. She works with people to eat healthier and incorporate more plant-based eating. Her passion for nutrition began when she tried a vegan diet over a decade ago. After learning the many benefits of eating meals rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes and grains, the connection between food and health became clear.

Haley immediately began studying nutrition with the pursuit of becoming a Registered Dietitian. During this same time period, Haley was often traveling to Japan for one of her other professions: Kendama. 

During this time, she found a deep appreciation for Japanese culture and philosophies they uphold, such as Kaizen: The philosophy of continual self improvement. 

Kaizen can be applied to just about everything in life. Each and every individual has their own relationship with food, health and wellness. This relationship and habit change requires hard work. We have to continually practice and learn the connection between how we perceive ourselves, our mindset and our relationship with food. With both a passion for vegan eating and practicing Kaizen, Rūtsu Nutrition (Roots in Japanese) was born.

Haley has helped many individuals during her time as a Registered Dietitian to create sustainable habits, prevent and even reverse disease.
